Each subsequent washing should be carried out with warm water and a special brush, and after washing its surface rubbed with grease.

Wok pans are not cheap, but if they are used and cleaned properly and are suitable for your stove, they will last for many years. Wok is suitable for both gas and induction stoves, but there are some important things to remember. Regardless of the type of stove on which you will use the wok, a special wok stabilizing ring will be an extremely useful tool. In case of using the pot on a gas stove, it is worth choosing models with the flattened bottom as much as possible. In the case of woks for induction hobs, the best solution will definitely be pans made of carbon steel - you should be aware of the fact that it is a material which reacts perfectly to electromagnetic fields.
