SHOPPING INFORMATION
The applicable prices and services are indicated on the website at the time of placing the order.
The prices visible on the website include VAT. The products will be delivered directly to the destination indicated in the order. After making a purchase, you will receive an email order confirmation. If any discrepancies are found (e.g., address or phone number errors), please inform us immediately at: sklep@scapol.pl
If the shipment is not collected due to reasons attributable to the buyer and the products are returned to Scapol, the return fee charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount for the products.
Remember to keep the proof of purchase!
DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after the payment for the order is registered. Please note that in the case of a standard bank transfer, registration may occur after one day.
All orders are shipped via courier.
On the day of shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number to track the shipment - simply enter the tracking number on the carrier's website https://www.dpd.com/pl/pl/odbieram-paczke/ You can also manage your shipment independently using the same link.
SHIPMENT DAMAGES
We are confident and trust our carriers who deliver orders, but very rarely, damaged shipments may occur. It is important to check the shipment in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery and in case of damage, report it to the courier and complete a complaint report with them, remembering especially the tracking number. Please send a copy of the report along with a brief description of the situation to the email address sklep@scapol.pl This way, we will be able to handle your case and resolve it quickly.
All products undergo quality control before shipping and are packed under monitoring. The colors you see on the monitor may slightly differ from the actual colors of the products. This may be due to the calibration of your monitor.
RETURN POLICY
Didn't like the purchased product? For us, that's no problem!
We have great confidence in the quality of our products, but if our product did not meet your expectations, return it following the instructions below:
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment without any obligations at your own expense.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and packed in the original, undamaged packaging.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints should be sent to the email address sklep@scapol.pl along with photos/description of the product defect and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Our complaints department will contact you to determine the complaint procedure. PRODUCT WARRANTY
The manufacturers of our products provide a 2-year warranty on the products. However, they stipulate that the warranty covers only manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover spare parts and damage resulting from using the product contrary to the instruction manual.
