PURCHASE INFORMATION 

Prices and services of items are indicated in the website page at order time.
Prices except for different indications are meant inclusive of taxes.
The products will be delivered directly to the place specified in the order as a destination.
The goods stored in the warehouse will be sent no later than 48 hours from your order with our forwarder. For goods not lying in stock you will be informed by e-mail delivery times.

Remember to keep proof of your purchase!

DELIVERY AND RETURN

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included).
  •  Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be delivered on Monday.

All orders in Poland are sent by courier.
The cost of delivery is 16 zł. If the value of the order is more than 200 pln, the delivery is free.
On Customer's request, it is possible provide the delivery track number to follow the order, easily entering the code in the website www.dpd.com.pl.

DAMAGE OF SHIPMENT

We are confident and trust in our forwarders who deliver the orders, however, very few shipments can be damaged. It is important that the parcel be checked in the presence of the courier at the time it is delivered, and if damaged, report it to the courier and write down the complaint protocol (including, but not only, the bill of lading number). Damaged goods will be exchanged and shipped as soon as possible.

All products sent undergo quality control.

RETURN POLICY

You don't like the product you bought? For us it is not a problem!
We trust in our products quality, but if it has not met your expectations, please follow  these guidelines:

  1. Download and fill up the PDF return form at:https://scapol.pl/gb/content/7-return-policy
  2. The return can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery without any obligations at its own expense.
  3. Returned product must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original, undamaged packaging.

  5. Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return on the bank account specified by you in the form of return.

COMPLAINTS PRODUCT

Complaints should be directed to the e-mail address sklep@scapol.pl for consultation with the quality department.
Please send us an email with the following details:
the subject of the complaint (code, name, size, quantity of product),
description of the complaint,
photos or film,
proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
We will contact you to continue this easy claims process.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Manufacturers of our products provide a two-year product warranty. However, they warn that the warranty covers only factory defects. The warranty does not cover spare parts and damages resulting from the use of the product contrary to the instruction manual.

As soon as we receive the credit on our bank, we will send the ordered goods to the destination address.

Upon payment you will be sent on a secure server located at PayPal, where you will be prompted to enter data relating to the payment instrument. The payment data traveling over authenticated and encrypted channel using SSL to PayPal, and used to immediately seek permission to pay the normal authorized channels.
