The restyling of the corporate icon is a delicate and Khodi Feiz, brilliant designer, accepted with respect and professionalism the challenge to "upgrade" some details of Giannina, without changing the essence and characteristics that have always make extraordinary. The handle and knob in cast steel: a solid and comfortable grip. The mechanics are covered by the cast handle, leaving minimal appearance. The lid rests inside the upper body by improving the drop saving of the spout.

The restyling is focused in three details:

The aesthetic aspect of the handle and knob.
The functional character of the lid.
A new heat source: induction.

The patented closing system of Giannina is completely different from all the other coffee-maker. With a normal coffee maker, you have to screw the upper part on the low one. With Giannina you don't have to screw. The low part has a double stud one in front side and one in the back side. The upper part has in front one hole in which will enter the stud of the lower part. And one hole in the back that will match on with the back stud. Than thanks to the mechanism in the handle when you roll it in the time sense you will lock the coffee-maker. The Giannina 6/3 cups gives you the opportunity thanks to the adapter in the funnel to have 6 cups of coffee putting the water till the valve or 3 cups of coffee if you turn the adapter (it help you to put the right quantity of coffee and to press it for a better water filtering), but is important to put half water otherwise your coffee will be lighter. A similar opportunity is in the case of the 3/1 tz coffee maker.  All the seal is in natural rubber because this material has better adherence to the filter and is more strong than silicone. The flavor of the coffee will be not influenced by the seal except if you forget the coffee-maker on the flame for a long time. It's important for the flavor of your coffee to use the smallest cooker with low flame. After few seconds that you hear the coffee bubbling you have to turn off the flame. The Giannina is made of Stainless Steel 18/10, the material and its widness will reduce the possibility of burn the seal. In fact, the stainless steel has less heat conduction compare to The aluminum and for this reason it's much more difficult burn the seal.
